We also offer 24-hour coverage by nurses specially trained in patient assessment and evaluation. We focus on providing post-acute medical and rehabilitation services to patients with many conditions but not limited to pulmonary impairment, diabetes management, wound care, joint replacement, orthopedic injuries, stroke and neurological conditions, cardiac-related problems, and oncology care.
